The Arctic is the polar region of Earth that surrounds the North Pole, lying north of the Arctic Circle. The Arctic region, from the IERS Reference Meridian travelling east, consists of parts of northern Norway, northernmost Sweden, northern Finland, Russia, the United States (Alaska), Canada, Danish Realm (Greenland), and northern Iceland, along with the Arctic Ocean and adjacent seas.

No, but that probably means that no dog after Bothy will ever go to the Arctic and Antarctic again if the rules don't change. There might be a generation of kids in the UK that are aware of Bothy, even though they don't realise it. Bothy used to appear on Blue Peter a lot.
