About Gujarat
Gujarat is a state along the western coast of India. Its coastline of about 2,340 km (1,450 mi) is the longest in the country, most of which lies on the Kathiawar peninsula. Gujarat is the fifth-largest Indian state by area, covering some 196,024 km2 (75,685 mi2); and the ninth-most populous state, with a population of 60.4 million in 2011. It is bordered by Rajasthan to the northeast, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu to the south, Maharashtra to the southeast, Madhya Pradesh to the east, and the Arabian Sea and the Pakistani province of Sindh to the west. Gujarat's capital city is Gandhinagar, while its largest city is Ahmedabad. The Gujaratis are indigenous to the state, and their language, Gujarati, is the state's official language.

It's been going on since 1878. The Election Commission of India says that no person should have to travel more than two kilometers to cast a vote. In the state of Gujarat, there's a temple caretaker who lives in a temple in the middle of a forest, who is the only person who votes in his special voting booth. So the police come in whenever there's an election.

He used to dress up as Chaplin in the streets. He went on to set up a big festival. When I say big, I think there's something like 300 people go to it every year. It's a tiny town in Gujarat. It's not a big place. People from around the world come to visit it and they dress up as Chaplin and they cut a Chaplin cake.
