Stansted Mountfitchet, commonly known as Stansted, is a village and civil parish in the Uttlesford district of Essex, England. It lies 35 miles (56 km) north-east of London. It gives its name to London Stansted Airport, which is 2 miles (3 km) south-east from the village centre. The village is served by Stansted Mountfitchet railway station.

This was told to a reporter called Laura Fiddler who was down there trying to find out all the most interesting things about Ugly. Laura Fiddler's misunderstood the jokes on her. It's five kilometres north of Stansted Airport. Stansted is named after a town called Stansted Mount Fitchett, which is just outside where the airport is. It's not inconceivable they could have called it ugly airport. That would have been terrific.
