About Texas
Texas is the most populous state in the Southern United States. It borders Louisiana to the east, Arkansas to the northeast, Oklahoma to the north, New Mexico to the west, and an international border with the Mexican states of Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo León, and Tamaulipas to the south and southwest, that forms a natural boundary delineated by the Rio Grande. Texas has a coastline on the Gulf of Mexico to the southeast. Covering 268,596 square miles (695,660 km2) and with an estimated population of over 31.7 million residents in 2025, it is the second-largest U.S. state by area and population. Texas is nicknamed the "Lone Star State" for the single star on its flag, symbolic of its former status as an independent country, the Republic of Texas.

I found out that that so you can go to, you know, like youth camps in America, summer camps, there's now a youth summer camp, that's a nudist camp, because it was thought that I guess young teenagers didn't have enough opportunity to engage in nudism or whatever. There's a rule at this summer camp. I think there are three or four of them in like Florida, Texas, Arizona. There's a rule that on the occasions that you do wear clothing, so occasionally there'll be scenarios where you put on some clothes, it's not allowed to be sexually alluring.

Did somebody ring the bell just as they were deciding on the name? They're like, perfect. No, it was named after for Governor Peter Bell and the businessman Zulus Bell and his nephew Bert. Zulus and Bert were not in any way related to Peter. Yeah, it was called Ding Dong as a reference. Weirdly, it's in Central Texas' Bell County. Ding Dong. I thought it might have been named after Leslie Phillips. Oh, yeah. Ding Dong.

You've thought this already, doesn't make any sense. There was this, relatedly to banana slipping, in 1941 in Texas, first of all in the newspaper article where I read this, there was a ship that was described as the first ocean-going cargo ship built since the World War. This is in 1941, so poor old America hadn't quite predicted what was happening around them as in the other World War.
